  • Return & Exchange Policy

    1. Our Return and Exchange policy is only applicable for faulty products due to manufacturing or delivery faults.
    2. Any defects must be reported to komart.sg@gmail.com within three (3) days upon receipt of the item(s).
    3. You may exchange a faulty product for a new item.

  • How to Make a Return or an Exchange

    Send in your requests for a return or an exchange to komart.sg@gmail.com and we will dispatch a courier service to pick up or exchange your faulty product free of charge.


  • Refund Policy

    For payment made through credit cards or PayPal, refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or PayPal account.

    Card refunds may take up to ten days to appear in your account depending on your bank's processing time.
