We only deliver to all parts of Singapore, and offer different costs options to meet your needs as listed below.

DELIVERY METHOD

  • Courier or Singapore Post

* We deliver in all areas of Singapore except the Islands of Jurong and Sentosa. Please enquire about deliveries for these areas. Our delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Items that are IN STOCK will take 1-2 working days delivery time. NON STOCK items will require 5-9 working days to arrive.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.

RETURN POLICY

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Returns are only available for faulty products and must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

LATE RETURNS

Faulty Items should be reported within 3 days of receiving your product.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Making a return is easy using our free collection service. Simply contact us and we will dispatch a courier service to pick up your faulty product.

EXCHANGES

It's free to exchange a faulty item for a new one.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to ten days to appear in your account.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
  • Items should be returned within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Photos are as close as possible to the color and the actual product. The type of your monitor, PC and the settings may cause the colors to look slightly different. Please take note of this in advance.
